After a full month of use all is well so far. We tend to be fairly gentle with our sink and pans (stainless steel) in it while washing. We don’t leave food items sitting in the sink for long periods of time, and have not had any issues with it discoloring/staining. The tile is good, I took a star off because upon delivery the driver is supposed to call 30 minutes ahead, which wasn’t done. So it was delivered which blocked our garage, so we had to physically move it.
