The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do. Was a little disappointed that it didn't come with a remote (apparently a small oversight on my part). With 15' cathedral ceilings, a pull chain was not an option. A quick call to a very helpful Wayfair sales rep pointed me in the right direction on which remote was compatible with this specific fan model. The remote was easy to install and it worked like a charm. Fan assembly was easy. We also added a longer (24") down rod (purchased from our local box store) with no issues.
