This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. I purchased this tile to surround my fireplace. The color was as pictured. Packaged well no broken tiles. Wish tiles were sold separately as well. Tried to order 3 samples to complete my project but I would have to order 2 boxes and have way more than what was needed. This tile was too expensive to have so many leftover. We used this tile in a closet under our stairs that acts as our tornado shelter / emergency supply spot. It's such a cheery tile and it's durable, not a single tile broke in shipment or in the process of cutting. The large size was nice because there were less tiles to cut.
