Adorable for the dog tub we installed in our laundry room. Things you should know: the tiles in the box seem random. We ordered 2 boxes. In all, we received varying quantities of each doggie face. Sometimes 2, 3, or 5 of any one particular face. You can match any two tiles side by side and it creates a face where the edges meet, but we didn't want to repeat the same center dog face side by side. It takes some effort since there are a different, random number of each face. We laid them out on the carpet and played with the layout, arranging and rearranging so we liked the design. Then we used blue painters tape on each tile and numbered them, starting with the bottom row, since that is what the tile installer would begin with. My husband made a great graphic illustration of the layout so there would be no mistakes. We used a white scallop tile for the sides of the tub, and a black and white mosaic for the floor. The house is still under construction so the plumbing is not finished - no hose and sprayer installed yet- and some of the grout was missing the day I took the pics. The picture is showing our bathroom project thus far. The tile is nice and I really love it. I will have to agree with the previous person who said that they got a lot of repeat tiles but fortunately, I had enough boxes where it didn’t affect my project that much. Four stars because one of the Hansel and Gretel tiles was really scary looking and I did not use it. It’s good stuff! Love the color and finish, and as mosaic tiles go, it’s a very easy install. Being porcelain, it’s very hard and durable, and perhaps best of all, you can use an orbital sander to remove thinset and grout without damaging the finish—huge time saver! Just one critical thing to know in advance: these are spaced at 4mm, and you’ll have to search hard to find 4mm spacers. 3/16 is too wide, 1/8 is too skinny. On the upside, if things start looking a wee bit out of alignment, you can use those 3/16 and 1/8 spacers (very selectively) to cheat a little, with no discernible impact to aesthetics.. Ryan. If they use US Pack Home to deliver to your area, be prepared for anything but good service. I conveyed all of this to Wayfair & to corporate with US Pack Home, so hopefully no other customer goes through all of the frustration that I did. The way I was treated by the freight company was totally unacceptable. I appreciate how Wayfair stepped in and contacted the freight company's corporate office. Love this tile, but the matching bullnose is garbage. The color rubs off where it rounds down when you grout. It's cost me in excess of $600 in labor charges to have the contractor to tear it back out & the frustration of having to find another tile and some quartz to use for trim. A bargain ended up costing me a fortune. Still waiting to hear back from Wayfair regarding my refund on the 8 boxes of bullnose. But this 12"x24" tile in Lake is absolutely beautiful. Perfect Tile For What I Needed. Was looking to update the tiles on my patio table as Ive been living with the beige tiles that came with it for about 20 yrs. I searched locally for a 12x12 porcelain tile, but couldnt find a simple, nice blue toned one. The denim color is great. Its kind of a subtle stained concrete look, exactly what I was hoping for.
