This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. This is a very nice matte black tile. It appears to be high quality and is great for stairs etc since the color is throughout the tile. These brass pulls are the all-time best. I originally sourced these for my kitchen remodel from a local boutique hardware store. Then when we were renovating the second phase, master bathroom, I wanted to use them again for custom-built barn doors. They are shoe stopper. Solid brass. Don’t show any finger prints. Are heavy and VERY high quality. I cannot say enough great things about these pulls.
