I’m pleased and disappointed at the same time. My new rug arrived today and upon rolling it out, I was momentarily enchanted with it until I immediately spotted several “holes” in the weave. I know I got this rug for a decent price (though still it was expensive), but I was not expecting any flaws such as this. Hand knotted rugs can obviously have an imperfection here and there due to it being made by human hands, but wasn’t quite expecting it to look damaged. I contacted Wayfair about it and sent pictures - told them I’m willing to keep it with the request of an additional discount due to the flaws, and they gave me an additional 20% off.
