Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Love it!!! I paid $1500 to a general contractor to assemble it, took 7 hours and I paid $3500 to an electrician to run 220V to the back yard which took 6 hours. Still more than half the cost of the lowest price given at a local store here in San Diego. Great quality, gets as hot as advertised in about 15 minutes, but San Diego is never cold, so starting temp is always around 70 degrees. I really Love these deck tiles! I was so impressed when we put them down. I am ordering more because I underestimated my area but even with what we have so far, it makes the back patio look so much better! You can barely tell that they are plastic even next to a wood tile. They are very easy to install! They go together like a puzzle and click into place. I couldn't believe how easy and fast we put them down. It took less than half an hour to put down the 44 pieces and makes the entire area look completely different! So far, they have made it through several rain storms and have not moved. They sit in place without shifting or breaking. We have put our deck chairs on them, and they are really great. I would definitely recommend these, especially if you are looking for a simple way to change the look of your patio. Also, if for some reason one of them gets ruined, it is like working with carpet tiles. You just take that one out and replace with a new one.
