We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern. Well the product itself is okay-ish. It looks decent for fake wood look and the pattern doesn’t repeat in the box of six planks. It fits together perfectly and with ease. There is a slight strip of discoloration along the edges on some planks. The color is a very muted unsaturated brown. One plank was damaged in shipping right in the middle of the also the bigger issue is that the rest of the boxes I ordered to complete the project are back ordered for six months. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days.
