I used the Prizm Tiles in my kitchen backsplash and it completely changed the space. I mixed the white matte, white glossy, and the iridescent hologram pieces, and the way the light hits them is insane. During the day it looks clean and bright, and at night the glossy and hologram tiles really reflect under the cabinet lighting. My rating is based on the packaging, not service. I saw the prior customer review regarding the packaging, but ordered anyway, since I've purchased from Wayfair for several years and never had to return an item, I thought it might have been a one time issue that occurred with that customer. They were correct. The vendor's packaging had no padding, and when the tiles arrived only 1 tile out of the 2 packages was unbroken. However, I had no issues with the return process. I received 1 box just to see what it was like, and I will be getting enough to finish the room. It has some weight on each board, which makes it lay very easy. Love it, and as you can see in pictures, my doodle loves it as well. It does come in various sizes, which makes it easier to lay. I would definitely order this flooring for any room or entire house..
