Love this as an accent to the main wall in my new shower. Tile guy said it was HARD to work with because it’s very thin. So the glue filled the grout lines. This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. I bought these tiles to put over my existing mosaic backsplash. It was too costly to rip out and install new, real tiles. Additionally, this is a great way for me to experiment with colors to see how I would like a different pattern/color long term if and when I choose to actually go through the replacement. This took a little bit more time then I expected but overall, it went well and I liked the fact that I could use regular scissors or utility knife to cut the times. The corners were a little challenging but doable. I really like the way they look. This was born to question conventions and traditions and to reinterpret the basics of interior design.
