First, the finish quality on this tub is very good, looks good. my main concern, and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the specifications and the CAD drawings spec the actual length at 66". However, the length is actually 65-3/4 " at the top of the tub and 65-5/8"at the bottom. This presented a problem requiring one of the end walls to be furred out so that the backerboard and tile installed correctly My rough-in was at 66-1/16" so as to allow the tub to slide in easily if it had been the length shown. I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25.
