The actual box with the tiles is another story. Must be careful when opening the box it actually fell apart and some of the tiles fell on my foot. We are very pleased with the quality of the tile. Color was true to what we saw in the web site as well as the sample we ordered before making the final decision. Ordered 6 cases of which one tile was broken (top tile in bottom box on the skid). A couple of the boxes looked like they had previously been sitting in water but didn't affect the tile.
