Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material. We purchased the 60x34 RH shower pan. Very nice quality and we will be very happy with it. Only issues we found with it was the sides were not milled quite straight/square so had to sand down a bit on one end. The Wetstyle Feel shower base is perfect. It is a soft white with a beautiful, somewhat matt (not shiny) finish that provides sure footing and the look of stone. We use a ceiling mounted shower curtain rather than a glass door to maintain an open look in a small bathroom. In our case, there was a bit of splash outside the shower pan with, possible due to the pan's slope. Our solution is to install a small quartz barrier (like a threshold).
