These were super easy to put up. I purchased two. They needed to be ironed first. One of my windows faces an alley where the house next door can see into the room. I also have 2 small dogs who destroy mini blinds from looking out windows, so I have had to find a better solution for window coverings. In this room, I ended installed electrostatic faux stained glass in the bottom glass panel of my window and replaced the mini binds with pleated shades. The shades stay down on the front window to let light in and privacy. The pleated shades stay up on the window facing the alley. Love these blinds! The pullpush to lowerraise is very smooth and easy to use. The only thing to warn about is that they are quite sheer.
