We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. It comes with several extra filters so the water will stay clean. We are happy with the product and are hopeful that our cat will start using it. I was able to repurpose parts of the scratcher that I was replacing, so I had a sturdier carpeted base and the older post that I inverted so that he can still have a taller area to scratch.
