Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. This stainless steel countertop sink built with quality. The material is sturdy and solid. The function is much more than my old kitchen sink. I really wanted to love this sink, however the sink itself is nice but the drain system has given my installer fits for many hours as there always seems to be a leak around the drain components.
