Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. This stainless steel countertop sink built with quality. The material is sturdy and solid. The function is much more than my old kitchen sink. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy.
