So I love this fan, BUT wish a couple things were different. I bought this to go along with my other Tiffany shade fan. Now that I have it installed, I want to replace my other fan with this one. So the electrician said this was easy to install. I enjoy their being 3 different lighting options, but the remote only lets you change it by turning off and on. The other downside is that I can not dim the lights any. Other than that I have no complaints. It is very quite and does not wobble any like the other fan. This light is easy to install and gives off great light. The light base is larger than a standard ceiling outlet box to cover any imperfections in the sheetrock. You can put it over the fireplace to illuminate an artwork or shine light on a statue in the corner of the room. You can also use it to light up a small pantry, a kitchen island, or a laundry room.
