Installed this color-changing bathroom fanlight recently and overall I’m really happy with it. Wayfair sent the wrong color since we wanted the matte black one, but support helped. The fan moves air well, the light is bright enough. Color modes are the fun bonus that makes the whole bathroom feel more modern. It’s great to have options… normal white light for getting ready, softer tones for nighttime, and color modes when you want a little vibe. That said, installation was a bit trickier than a standard fan because this unit has multiple functions (light fan color modes). We only had one existing electrical feed at the vent, and while the instructions said additional wiring was “optional,” we wanted to unlock the full potential so we ran an extra line to be able to control everything properly. Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent.
