The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. We chose this vent hood because we needed one that was ductless . This one was convertible which was a nice option. As far as delivery it comes very well covered in a protective barrier so that you don’t scratch it up during installation. It is very heavy so keep that in mind for install. A nice bonus that is comes with, you get a pack of towels, pot holders , and oven mitts which I thought was a really nice set of thoughtful extras that wasn’t even advertised.
