You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. This adjustable chimney short kit will allow for ZLINE Wall Mount Range Hood mounting on 8 ft. ceilings. Two 12 in. tall telescoping (adjustable) chimney pieces will replace the 2 standard 16 in. chimney pieces (supplied with your ZLINE Wall Mount Range Hood) to allow for mounting on ceilings less than 8 ft. Overall very happy with this faucet set. The inner assembly, spout and hotcold handles are high quality, solid and look great. I’m giving this four instead of five stars as the shower head leaves something to be desired. It’s a bit small and has fairly weak pressure.
