I cant say this bed isnt pretty. I do like it. However, what appears to be wrought iron is actually painted plastic composite material. Also the framing around the headboard is also plastic like. I posted a picture of.the corner that has a chip and it feels and looks like plastic. The center of the headboard, the footboard, and side rails do appear to be wood. Capturing the campaign spirit with carved edging along the top, lightly turned pilasters on each side, and three drawers.

I put off buying this nightstand for a year because of the price. If you have the Kingstown TB bed, just buy these. The height and size are a perfect complement. Be mindful that while the nightstands are large, the drawer capacity is not due to the design. This table is absolutely gorgeous and very sturdy. I managed to get both leaves in to extend the table without assistance, as well, though I haven't tried taking them back out yet.
