I had no problem getting used to the bed, yes it was a little harder than the one in the store and I phoned to make sure I got the soft because it was no where on the mattress that it was a soft, she checked and assured me I did and it would soften up. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. This is a beautiful drop in sink. I especially like the black bottom that’s hexagon just like the new pots and pans that you get so it doesn’t scratch easily. This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous.
