I like the Design, Spacious Interior, and Quiet Operation. After comparing several counter-depth refrigerators, I decided to purchase the LG STUDIO SRFB27S3, and I'm very happy with my decision. The biggest surprise was how spacious the interior is. Even though it's a counter-depth model, the storage capacity is excellent. The shelf layout is well designed, making it easy to organize groceries, large containers, and beverages without feeling cramped. The design is another standout feature. The clean, modern look fits perfectly in our kitchen, and the PrintProof stainless steel finish does a great job resisting fingerprints, making it easy to keep clean. Performance has also been excellent. The refrigerator cools quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and operates very quietly. We hardly notice it's running. The ThinQ app is a nice bonus, allowing me to monitor the refrigerator remotely. The only adjustment was getting used to the internal water dispenser and ice maker. At first, I preferred an external dispenser, but after using it for a while, I actually appreciate the cleaner appearance and the extra storage space inside. Overall, this refrigerator offers an excellent combination of style, functionality, and performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a premium counter-depth refrigerator with a surprisingly spacious interior. Lastly, the delivery servicemen were very professional. I really like the door-in-door feature, this is my 2nd fridge with this feature and I hope they continue making these in the future. My previous fridge was a side-by-side, so I was hesitant about the French doo style with pull out freezer drawer. However, I find it is more flexible with what it can hold. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit.
