The fridge is very sleek and well laid out to maximize the small space. Definitely has a few cons - the drawers feel flimsy. The middle freezer drawer tends to get stuck and we have to lift the other drawers to get it to go back in. Having had great performance from Bosch ovens and dishwashers previously, we opted for a Bosch refrigerator for our new home. In general, performance has been good, and we appreciate the layout and features. Our one issue (which recurred just yesterday) is an occasional refusal to make ice. No warning, no sign of trouble until one notices that the tray sounds emptying, and finally a notification in the app that we have an "Empty ice tray." Not helpful at that point. Only solution seems to be removing power for a brief period to totally reboot the fridge. There are also some shelves that you can use for other items. I paid for the refrigerator to be installed, but when it was delivered there was no mention of installing my Refrigerator. The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit.
