This desk comes in about nine hundred pieces and is very very tedious to put together. I guess I should have known that but honestly the few hours I had to dedicate to putting it together was a bit of a let down. And then you also realize it’s not as nice of quality as you were expecting since all the pieces are cheaper. But it looks nice enough once it’s together. It gets the job done. Honestly the keyboard tray is why I wanted this and it’s okay, but a little clunky lookingfeeling. I think next time I would try to find a solid wood desk, but for the price I guess you get what you pay for. I like the Athulya computer desk very much. It’s a perfect size for the limited space I have in my sewing room. It’s in a temporary space at the moment because other furniture is coming for that room. That’s one good thing about the size and weight of the unit is it can be easily moved. The finish is nice. It’s a satin finish with a grain like texture. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the poor installation instructions. There are basically drawings, no wording, with letter indictors for the screws, dowels, etc. My husband is very handy but it took us some time to put it together with several curious stops.. Suzanne.
