The only issue I have is that he "fluffs" up his bed and has torn the threads on the quilting top. I clipped them and hope that the top will still be washable after the threads have all been pulled out. If not for this, I would give it a 5 star rating. Received product promptly and in good condition. Installation instructions are confusing. Sloan inserted multiple installation instructions; some of which were not specific to the model purchased. Moreover, dimensions to place the mounting bracket relative to the outlet flange is incorrect. I would suggest that you take actual measurements mocking it up on the floor with the bracket to get a "reading" before drilling mounting holes on the wall. Valve installation instructions are intended for a professional; not a casual DIY. In the end, worked out all the kinks. Urinal is running fine. Tremendous water savings (0.125 gallons/flush) compared to older models which use ~1 gallon/flush.
