Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. My contractor said that the the material used is poor quality and isn't safe for a person to sit on. The hardware is not sturdy and he said more than likely will rust over time. Disappointed because the description matched exactly of more expensive ones but less expensive. But the construction isn't worth the risk.
