[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought mine two years ago 25x12x11 14.5 ounce material. Set it up by myself no issues but I do own a tractor that helped -alot! This yr I added storage by using 2 x 6 x 12 PT across the last three supports and put a deck on them. I also used PT decking around the outside of the posts and boxed in the whole building making it even sturdier and keeping rodents out. I used 2x6x12 also across the rear door to make it far less likely for a breakin the front is visible to me. I added two tire racks on the back wall for my winter-summer tires. I also added LED lighting inside and a security camera. Snow just rolls off.......not even a slight concern. You need to be adept at interpreting exploded drawings. that said, each step is illustrated and easy to follow. this can be built by 1 person, but expect to really spent time with it over several days. The steel frame is well designed and executed. It screws together beautifully, but expect to use an impact driver for best results. Leveling and anchoring the structure are going to take a while, but DO NOT skimp on this step. your building will be stronger and less prone to damage if you do it well. 2 people are ideal for putting on the roof, but 1 person can do it when it is not windy. even a slight breeze will make the larger panels want to twist out of your grasp. Wear leather gloves while handling the roof sheets. they are very sharp edged. Here is a picture of mine with the frame completed, leveled, and anchored. All I need do is put on the roof. If you look carefully, you might discern that I fasdtened the front right upright of the carport to the gatepost. I did this for two reasons: 1, it supplys a strong fixed point to begin leveling that building side, which I rcommend because it makes leveling the other side MUCH easier. Rather than level the off-side along the length, you want to level the upright frame from the fixed side to the other. this will give you a straight, and therefore square building. I am not concerned about the gaps between the frame and the gound, because I will install "terrrace board" as a part of my new gravel driveway and parking pad.Sso ultimately it will be filled in, but with material that drains fully and quickly. use rot proof materials as the shoring under the frame where necessary.. Good price. A lot of dents and scratches on the metal. Some of the supports have staggered holes drilled in them. The manufacturer knows things don’t always line up correctly and note in the instructions when assembling difficult parts with certain screws to use alternative screws. The alternative screws are bigger and/or are self tapping. The frame requires the sheet metal to support and solid everything up. Kind of like the backing on a cheap entertainment center. Be sure to have something solid and level to attach the base to…the ground would be difficult to keep square. The trim and front top is scratched too, but they failed to upload.. Anonymous.
