This is a replacement for us. Our last one was ruined in a big wind storm. I chose this one based on it was suppose to be heavier. This gazebo is sturdy. I like the look of it as well. We did have many pieces come bent and screws missing. They did offer us a resolution and agreed to send new parts. So customer service was good. Once my husband was able to get all the pieces working I do like the final look. The legs are not solid wood but wood pieces. However it is still heavy and sturdy. No damage to wood. This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up.
