This is a cute item, for sure, but the price is too high for the level of quality. Silo top was misshapen and would not attach without adjustments, and the holes in the legs were not large enough to allow the bolts to pass through for assembly. I ended up needing to drill larger holes on each leg or there would have been no way to actually attach them. So I had a squirrel problem getting in my garden and this solved all my problems by being able to put everything inside together. We found it easy to assemble with everything included.My opinion to improve would be not zip ties as they rot and i bought metal rebar ties instead. Waste is eliminated by the fact that the birds pick the feed inside the box. They like to peck through the feed while eating. I put this box in the coop so I did not have to protect it from the elements. I did put a piece of plastic on the top because they often roost on it.
