This 32 inch prep station sink with offset drain includes a bottom grid, colander, and roll-up-mat to provide you the most efficient experience possible. This small-radius sink (SR) is designed with  different tiered levels at its edges which allows kitchen tasks to be completed at the optimal height with the most efficiency. Functional accessories fit on the ledges to customize the workspace to the specific use and their task. The drain is side set and can be installed so it is on the left or right side of the sink. The colander can be used to help hold, wash and rinse utensils or produce. The included stainless steel roll up mat lets you air dry glassware or can be placed on the countertop as a trivet.  The bottom grid with rubber feet protect the basin’s shine. The deep, large single bowl allows plenty of space to soak and clean large cookware and bakeware. And the beveled bottom around the drain whisks away water for quicker disposal conveniently aided by the included colander drain.

Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. I gulped a little bit before dropping $170 on a wall clock, but the blue color was just what we were looking for to pick up the same tone as our kitchen island. This is a great sink ,when every inch counts in tight space. The drain is towards the back, witch you can actually put garbage can in underneath the sink. Most sink drain are in the middle ,which does not leave a lot of space for much. this is excellent in a small kitchen that every inch counts .
