Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent. This fan is beautiful! I had an electrician install the fall. He was able to take down the old fan and put in this new fan in about 40 minutes! So much have been a super easy set up. I ordered 7 of the Wynd 5 - Blade Outdoor /Indoor Smart Ceiling Fan for a new home. Although we haven't installed them yet, we have the same existing fans in the current home, and we haven't had any issues with them.
