The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. This is my first stick vacuum, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I would give the suction 3 stars and the features 5 stars. I love the charging stand, I'm glad it doesn't have to go on the wall. It's also light and gets into corners easily.
