This is the perfect 9x12 rug for our family room! I bought a different cheaper rug initially, and there is a sizeable difference in the quality. This rug is very high quality! It lays extremely flat right away. The pad I bought for under it isnt settled yet so you see those folds underneath.... but that will subside. This is much higher quality than Im used to so I will need to make sure I care for it properly with dogs and kids in the house. But overall, its very nice!
