This is a great table! I went with this specific one because of the supposed ease of rolling it through grass. I had thick grass and cobblestone and it went over it effortlessly. I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy.
