This gazebo came well packaged. The instructions were spot on and we had it done in 14 hours. It is very sturdy and well thought out. I suggest that you seal the wood before putting it together as others have said. We mounted this to a pre- existing concrete patio. The mounting bolts were a little small so we changed out the way we mounted it to the slab. This thing is not moving! I had one missing part and I called them on a Sunday and a holiday weekend at that and they answered. I gave them the serial number and the part number and the gal said it will arrive in 2-5 days. Assembling the roof canopy after the frame was fully erected proved to be cumbersome. Highly recommend using a four-step ladder or 6 ft ladder. I was able to assemble alone. This car port looks great and functions great. We got the larger size and it fits my husband’s truck perfectly. The instructions were easy to follow, but just be prepared to leave a lot of time to assemble this. Start to finish it took us a long weekend with mainly 1-2 people working on it at a time. This metal carport is exactly what we needed! Our tractor doesn’t fit in our shed, and we wanted a good cover for it. My husband was able to assemble almost the entire thing by himself until it was time to attach the leg supports. It’s very sturdy and provides excellent coverage. This is a great carport. The directions for the canvas part was a bit hard to decipher, but otherwise the directions were pretty good. Unwrapping plastic from each roof panel was a bit of a pain, but if you do it on a sunny day outside, the panels will get warm and the plastic will be easier to remove. We just had 3 or 4 of us at a time unwrapping them. I am optimistic that it will last a long time.
