The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. I really like this couch it is massive. It is odd going from a normal spring couch to feathered. You will sink. If you are heavier I wouldn’t suggest it I don’t know if it would be comfortable or suitable. It is the best alternative to the cloud couch for the price. The actual covers on the couch are more velvet than cloth compared to the cloud couch. Only thing that made it 4 stars was I ordered when there was 3 left it updated and said 2 left ( important). Said would be here next week got back ordered 3 months even though I ordered in a timely manner and sadly they only gave 10 off for inconvenience. Updated and came 2 months earlier than expected.
