This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option. I am super impressed with this. Installation was easy except the ducting part that took some work but once installed it works so well. On the lowest setting it’s barely noticeable yet still powerful. This drain was expensive, but well worth every dollar. Plumber said it was the best fitting drain he has ever installed. Drain closes tight and is recessed so that it can not be opened like the mushroom drains( which is what I had before and if I hit it, it would open and drain when I didn't want it to.) Fabulous!!!!!.
