All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water.. Pay extra 50 to have it delivered into the house in room next to where I installed it. Well worth the extra money. Box had big hole but contents was fine. Unboxing showed just how well the product was designed. Insulation of packaging was second to none. Glass was heavy end 38”. Instructions in box was somewhat different from the video but manageable. Used templates provided and spent considerable time measuring and remeasuring to insure alignments before drilling holes into tiles walls and flooring. Amazed that it all worked out as planned. Exactly what I wanted. I was fortunate enough that my church has a toolbox ministry and several men who do things for seniors and two of the guys came and put this together for me.
