Unit is defective from manufacturer. Contractor installed and the hood will not raise up. I know electrical controls pretty well and after doing some troubleshooting the button to raise the hood gets no power from the board and the fuse is in good condition. Hope it gets fixed quickly.. This fridge gets beverages super cold, however, as the other reviewer mentioned, the shelves are very difficult to pull out. You have to use a good bit of force and when it breaks loose all the drinks fall over and you have to set them back up every time. This is the case for all the shelves, since the day we got it..
