They will continue to change as time goes by like a watercolor painting of nature, recording the color of the wind, the smell of sunlight, and the temperature of moisture. Each records the wonderful and magical changes of nature in its own way. It doesn't require extra chemical handling. Spraying water would expedite the color changing if preferred. The bottom of the planter has a hole in the outer wall (includes a plug) to fill the outer wall with gravel or sand to add weight to the planter, making it a great option for windy environments. The bottom of the planter also features a marked location for adding a drainage hole to help maintain root health and provide proper drainage. Use a 1/4" drill bit to create the hole. If a drainage hole is added, be sure to use a saucer beneath the planter when using it indoors to prevent leaks on the floor or other surfaces.
