First off came very well packaged and all parts in boxes were secured with foam and each one individually wrapped. The quality is good and looks just like the pictures. I think it took just as long to take the pieces out of the boxes and unwrap them and break all the packing down than it did to build the pergola. Love at first sight till we had them installed. They were challenging to hang. I recommend predrilling your holes on the shutter itself and starting in the middle. When placing screws on top, it bows and bends. The contractor had the hardest time placing the first one, and it broke my heart to see all the holes and damage.
