First off came very well packaged and all parts in boxes were secured with foam and each one individually wrapped. The quality is good and looks just like the pictures. I think it took just as long to take the pieces out of the boxes and unwrap them and break all the packing down than it did to build the pergola. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This is a beautiful gazebo. The instructions are in pictures so if you need words for direction you are out of luck. It took my husband and I a total of 24 hours to put it together and he is a mechanic. The total time was partially because of our unusual placement in which the gazebo extends further than our patio space. Also, we secured the front posts in an unconventional manner by placing them in large pots which were then filled with heavy materials. There are what seems like millions of screws and other pieces. There were quite a few "disagreements" while assembling this item which was entertaining for the neighbors. We both agreed that if anyone ever asks us to help them build a gazebo we will politely decline. All parts were present but we made sure of this prior to starting the build. There were a few times that we could have used the help of another person when building the frame but stepladders helped immensely.
