First off came very well packaged and all parts in boxes were secured with foam and each one individually wrapped. The quality is good and looks just like the pictures. I think it took just as long to take the pieces out of the boxes and unwrap them and break all the packing down than it did to build the pergola. We are realy enjoying are new Gazebo! It came in four big box's and everything was in good condition. Very easy to put together but you should have help. An adjustable height A frame ladder for putting on the corner legs is very helpful. The are a lot of louvers so unless you like getting up and down a ladder a hundred times get help.
