I am an atheltic/active preson but was having neck issues. I went to the Wayfair store and tested this pillow based on the sales persons suggestions on my needs, shoulder size and side sleeping. UPDATE (12026) after 5 12 yrs. it just stopped working. Worse is there is zero help offered. The instructions that came with the frame for a different bed frame completely. I’ve been working on this for a month now, and my bed is still not working. I’ve been researching a new bed for over a year. I ordered this frame on May 1 and it arrived May 15! I spend a lot of time in my room and needed to replace my mattress anyway so an adjustable frame sounded perfect. Although the box was heavy unboxing and assembly couldn’t have been easier.
