Easy to assemble- the pickets don’t click in as hard as they make it out, just kind of go in. Haven’t put it in the ground yet, so I’ll come back to update. Update Welp- set aside some time for this project! I strung out and sprayed a line first. To be fair, I have rocky soil, I had to use a hammer and piece of rebar to prime holes, then used some extra brackets to firmly tie it all together. When you’re pounding them in, don’t pound too hard, or they’ll deform. It’s a nice sturdy fence, keeps my cavalier in the yard and looks good, wears well. While less work (I think) than burying wood posts and wrapping and running a big store vinyl fence- it’s still work. Two man project, imo. Check your level on your gate too- or your latch won’t work. Our included joiner clips are great for connecting multiple purchased panels and partitioning off a larger area. Space between slats provides efficient airflow and included spacers help with the perfect placement of slats. The real wood, water-based stain panel design gives this privacy screen a stylish look in any yard. We recommend applying a stain every 6 months to maintain optimal color. Transparent or semi-transparent exterior stains will maintain the natural wood look, while solid stains will cover more of the natural wood grain. If the product goes longer than recommended without staining, it will need to be sanded and may require a semi-solid or solid stain. Our powder-coated aluminum posts prevent rusting and provide stability to your screen. This screen is no-dig and very easy to install without tearing up your yard or leaving large holes behind.
