The instructions included leave much to be desired especially if you’re doing the propane conversion instead of natural gas hookup. The cast iron covers are rough enough to scratch up the bottom of pots, and the stainless steel is thin and easy to scratch so this would not hold up for heavy kitchen use but more likely lighter outdoor kitchen use instead. The description states - loose back cushions, but they are fixed, not removable. The seat cushions are removable for vacuuming but cannot be flipped. Neither is a problem for me.
