I absolute love this fan and light. I appreciate the different settings. It doesn’t have those ugly pull down chains to turn it on and off, but uses a remote. I had an electrician put in a wall switch so I have options on how I control the unit. And in the future if I need to replace the fan and light I can put any kind of unit in that I choose. We bought this in August of '21 and love it. It's a sleek design and the fan works great. If I would change anything, I would have four lights instead of two to distribute the light better. This hood is a beautiful, heavy duty product. We got the 48” to capture as much smoke as possible as we have an ongoing breeze on the waterfront. Installation must be done by two people because of the weight, preferably by someone who knows what they are doing with respect to what is in your ceiling.
