Beautiful floor tile. Got these to replace the ones I put down that broken when the heavy rains caused the cabin to sink on one side just enough to break these tiles. So I am keeping these for the shower I am putting in this year. I realized after I ordered them that I probably should go a different way with the rain. Got another foot this past week. I love Wayfair! I find what I need for the inside, outside and home improvement. These tiles took a while to get. They were delivered by a 2 man team. They came on a pallet and have a lot of support. This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo).
